1. Booking should be made one day in advance
2. Incase you need to cancel the booking, the cancelation should be made 6 hours before the appointment
3. Clients are required to pay 10 percent deposit amount before the appointment is confirmed
4. No refund of the deposits in case of cancellation but you can reschedule the appointment with the same deposit
5. In case of client disrespect or misbehavior to our therapist the appointment shall be cancelled.
